WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
All orders placed within the UK (except on Friday) are automatically shipped via our next-day service and is completely free of charge regardless of your order size. A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. On Fridays, customers have an added option of selecting a Saturday guarantee service.
HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED?
When your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation e-mail directly to your inbox. You can also track the status of your delivery by clicking here.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders will be delivered the very next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) after the order is shipped. We aim to ship all orders placed before 4pm the same day. Orders made after 4pm on Thursday and before 4pm the following Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed on Friday before 4pm with the Saturday guarantee service will be delivered the following day.
WHAT IF IM NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If a courier has attempted to deliver to you but you were not in, they will leave a card providing details of when they will redeliver your parcel or if you can collect it from their sorting office. In some instances they may deliver to a neighbour. If no details have been left please email our Shubox customer loyalty team with full details and we will get back to you as soon as possible within office hours.
I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM
If you have received an incorrect item in your order please email our Shubox customer loyalty team with full details and we will get back to you as soon as possible within office hours.
AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER
If you have received your order and it is partly incorrect please email Shubox customer loyalty team with full details and we will get back to you as soon as possible within office hours.
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM
We want all our customers to receive top quality products so if you have received a item you believe to be faulty with please email our Shubox customer loyalty team with your full name, order number and the fault with the item. We aim to resolve any issues with faulty items as soon as we can within office hours but we need you to inform us of any faults before the product has been worn so that we can resolve the issue for you.
Orders placed on Friday which have Saturday delivery selected will be delivered the next day at a flat rate of £5 per order. Please note, Saturday delivery is not available to the following postcodes - HS1-9, HS3, IV1-56, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-99, PA41-77, PH17-99, TR21-25, ZE1-3, AB, BT, IM, JE, GY, BF,GY, FK, ZZ, BA17-19, BL11, DD1-11, DG1-16, EL1, GE6-8, JE, KA1-30, PA1-87, PH1-50, PO29 43 49, TD1-15
DO YOU DELIVER TO WORK ADDRESSES?
We can deliver to your home address or your place of employment. If you would like your delivery to reach you at work, please be sure someone will be there to take receipt of the goods.
WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS LOST, WILL I GET REIMBURSESED?
If you have not received your order, we will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers which can take up to 2 weeks to confirm with them that you have not received your parcel.
Once we can confirm this, we can either refund you or re-dispatch your order (stock willing).
International shipping is charged on a flat rate basis, regardless of the weight of your parcel. All customers are provided with a tracking number regardless of the destination worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary according to destination.
£7.50 regardless of the size of your order. You will be informed of a tracking number for your parcel. Delivery is made within 7-10 working days. A signature will be required on receipt of the parcel.
USA, CANADA, AUSTRALIA
£10 regardless of the size of your order. You will be informed of a tracking number for your parcel. Delivery is made within 1 working day. Available between Monday to Friday on orders placed before 12pm. A signature will be required on receipt of the parcel.
REST OF THE WORLD
£15 regardless of the size of your order. You will be informed of a tracking number so you can see its progress. Allow up to 15 working days for delivery.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures. A signature will be required on receipt of the parcel.
Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs in your country. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES?
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, Shubox has no control over these charges, customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country so we cannot give an exact figure of the fee you will incur. You may wish to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges when your parcel arrives.
